Registration Fee & Tuition Fee Explained
WHAT TUITION COVERS:
Tuition covers weekly instruction, any/all choreography, administrative expenses, and the experience and expertise of our Instructors. Beyond The Barre Dance Collective, LLC bases its Season in Micro Terms (10-12 week sessions)
IMPORTANT-PLEASE READ: Our tuition is a flat rate monthly fee. There are occasions where a class will meet either more or less than 4 times a month due to holiday breaks (Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring) or simply by how the dates of the month fall (ex: There are 5 Thursdays and Fridays in the month of September). Regardless of how many times your class meets a month, the monthly tuition rate will be the same for each month.
WHAT REGISTRATION FEES COVERS AT OUR STUDIO:
The Registration Fee of $40 for the first dancer, $25 for additional students.
The Registration fee helps to offset the administrative cost of processing the paperwork & administrative time required to set up your student into the attendance and tuition billing system. It also covers non-tuition essentials such as your dancers insurance, music licensing, studio communication cost and helps keep your monthly tuition costs lower. (These are separate expenses from class tuition).
Registration Fee + First Months Tuition is Due at the time of registration. If the dancer takes a break and drops all classes, then they are required to re-register and pay the registration fee again.
*Members have the option to “FREEZE” Their account, as long as their membership is active and their account is current on all dues.

Tuition Policy
- All studio accounts have one primary account holder. This is the account holder that
registers and signs the registration form. This account holder will be the one considered financially responsible for the account. - All Accounts are required to have a card of file regardless of payment method*.
